
Personal training is fully one-on-one. Semi-private means you’ll train during the same hour as others, but each client follows their own program with Jeferson coaching throughout.
After your consult, you’ll work directly with Jeferson to establish a training schedule that fits your goals and availability.
3–5x per week. Consistency drives results, and JPX is built around supporting both.
