At JPX, every program begins with one thing: you. Whether you are here to build strength, improve your body composition, or optimize your performance, we start with a full evaluation that includes an InBody body composition analysis and create a custom training plan built around your goals, schedule, and movement patterns. We do not offer generic workouts. Every JPX client receives a personalized program delivered through our custom app, updated every four weeks to ensure continued progress. You will train in a private, high-end studio with expert guidance, without being locked into one-on-one sessions.

Personal training is fully one-on-one. Semi-private means you’ll train during the same hour as others, but each client follows their own program with Jeferson coaching throughout.

After your consult, you’ll work directly with Jeferson to establish a training schedule that fits your goals and availability.

3–5x per week. Consistency drives results, and JPX is built around supporting both.

Yes. Every client receives a personalized program built around where you are and where you want to go.
